After many successful years on site, Rob Stone decided it was time to expand, and we are thrilled he chose to stay at Riverside Works.

Rob’s journey is a true success story; he has more than doubled his space, and we were delighted to support him with the move and be part of his exciting plans.

Rob shared,
“I’ve been based on riverside works since 2009, just after I started out in business. The surrounding area has become the hub for most of my business and clientele . I’ve seen the site grow and redevelop over the years and I’ve seen other business’s which have become good friends of mine move into new and better units, this encouraged me to do the same. When Mark came to me with a great offer last summer to move into one of the new units I thought it was time to bite the bullet and expand! I was encouraged to take it up and was supported throughout the process by his team. Mark said to me one day… “Rob, you’ll never look back once you’ve moved into the new space in that location ”.
